How to put on a swimming cap

When picking up your swim cap, whether you put it on, take it off, or wear it all the time, try to keep your fingernails as far away from the cap as possible. This can be difficult when your nails are long. Maybe you could put on some gloves every time you use it.

Many bathers will lightly wet their hair with cool water or dab some pomade into their hair before putting on their shower cap. This is what makes it easier to slide. Please note that it is not allowed to use gel in all types of pools, as it can contaminate the pool water. Many women have long hair, so it should be tied tightly around the head in one way or another before putting on your shower cap. It can be knotted, braided, twisted or considered a lightweight hairnet. Never use bobby pins, pins, or other sharp objects to hold hair in place, as this can cause the cap to break.

Whenever you wear a swim cap, make sure the front of the cap is pointing toward the ground and the back of the cap is pointing up. Slide your hand directly into the hat, making sure your thumb is pointing skyward on the outer surface of the hat. Use the back of your hand to pry the lid open until the hole is large enough to fit over the top of your head.

Make sure to wear the hat on top of your head at this time. Many people find that bending over to do work is much easier for them, so there are a few things you can try to see what works best for you. Position the hat close to the scalp, making sure that the inside of the front of the hat supports the front of the skull. In one fell swoop, pull the cap back over the entire head and pull the back of the cap down as far as it will go.

Gently remove your hand from behind the lid, making sure that its paws are as far away as possible.

Your swim cap needs to be changed now. The protruding chain should be inserted very carefully with your fingers, making sure that the skin layer and the cap seal as tightly as possible. You may have a small section of hair at the nape of your neck that is sticking out of the back of your shower cap. Not a problem though, a small amount of water may get inside.

If there are any folds or bumps, you can use your palms and fingertips to smooth them out.

To remove the cover, slide your fingertip on the cover and move it up. In my opinion, just in front of the ear is the most appropriate position.

These particular guidelines are easy to follow, and if you do, you won't have a problem breaking the limit.
