What size waist trainer to choose?

You have decided to start slimming your waist (waist training) and of course you do not want to go wrong with the choice of your size.

What size corset, cover or combination to choose?

This is probably the most common question that we face. Often people choose the wrong size, which delays size improvements. Because they had to return the item to us and wait for the right size. When choosing the correct size for your waist training corset, it is important to know a few guidelines:

  1. Learn to measure yourself

  2. Use these measurements to choose the right size

  3. Know your body, if you know you have a slightly different shape, please understand that you may need a different size than what is shown

The first step in choosing the size of a waist training corset is to measure your waist.

Measure your height

  1. Find the top of the hip bones

  2. Find the lower ribs

  3. Place the tape measure between these two areas, the most concave part of your waist, and wrap it around your waist. Do not overtighten the tape measure.

(Hint: If you don't have a tape measure, you can also measure it with a piece of string and a ruler.)

Size selection

Help to choose a size can be found below the description of each model (follow our recommendations). There may also be a table with measurements for each dimension. Use this chart to find out which size is right for you.

If you measure more than once from the tail, it is recommended to take the next larger size. Never choose a size you like and it doesn't fit you well. There's no point in having a waist training corset but not being able to adjust it, or just feeling very uncomfortable in a holster. Listen to your body.

In some cases, this table may not apply. Sometimes right after having a baby, your figure is out of shape. Be sure to take these factors into account when choosing your size.

We hope this helps and puts you on the right path to finding your perfect size!
